Calling all BKA members and other adopted adults of color! We are hosting a one-time special event with Assistant Professors Amy Mihyang Ginther and Oh Myo Kim on April 22, 2017 from 12-5:30pm at ImpactHub in downtown Boston.  It is an expressive arts workshop, designed for adopted adults of color, that will lead you through body movements and vocal expressions. People who have done the workshop before said it helped them feel more centered and empowered. No previous artistic experience necessary!

This is open to both BKA members and members of the public if they are eligible (adopted adults of color, age 18+).  After the workshop, there will be a short survey to be used for research purposes.  This is the third workshop, with the first in NYC and the second in Los Angeles. This study has been approved by the Institutional Review Board at UC, Santa Cruz.
